Guilt becomes a heavy burden to bear.
Plot
William, his wife Sarah, and Mary, the girl they take care of, visit the farm of William’s deceased father to fix it up and eventually sell it. Lazarus, a local man who worked for William’s father, offers to help the family. However, Sarah suspects that he is not to be trusted, and there is more to him than just kindly offering help.
