Idiocracy

Joe Bauers is part of an experiment by the US army because he’s the most average person in existance. He’s frozen for a year, to test whether that is possible. However, he gets forgotten and only wakes up 500 years later. He finds a world full of less intelligent people, where he’s the smartest person on the planet.
